Today is my first day on this and it seems to be making me starving!! Has anyone else had that? I have a lot of energy and feel great, but it seems to be making me feel more hungary than usual!! Is this normal?
I figured I will comment every day. I see a lot of people comment their progress and worries, but not very many follow ups…. So, good to know the extreme hungar was only yesterday. Maybe from my body burning off way more than usual?? Now I feel very full after eating only a little. I eat 6 small meals a day and exersise 45 mins a day. I do the cardio disc from p90x every day. It’s a great workout. I think eating more often will help. I have never exersiced or had a healthy diet. I figure changing that now while starting these pills will proably give me a better outcome. I guess we shall see… Yesterday was the first day. I weighed in at 170. I am 5’5. I would like to weigh 130. 40 lbs is a lot to lose!! I have never been able to lose weight either!! I weigh myself every day. most do it every week, but i weigh every day. I weigh 169 today. =) 1 lb down, 39 to go!!
be careful when using this pill, it made me so sick!i think my body is very sensitive…i was cold and was throwing up couple hiurd after taking the pill, my energy level was uncomfortably high and i ended up missing work because i felt so sick.i dont know if this pill works as it completely disrupted my body.
i do still want to try thr pills and hv ben taking 1pill a day and today is my second day.please be careful and naybe try the pill on a weekend when u dont hv to be at work so u can gage what effect it has on u..i will repost in a few days if i see a change due to this pill.

I decided to not comment anymore. I am VERY dissapointed in this product. I’ve tried many diet pills, and this is actually one of the worst i have tried. Maybe it’s different for some people, they do not work for me. I have lost 2 lbs, but i think its the diet and exercise alone. Booooo =(
I am 24, 4’10″ (yes, very short)and 170lbs.. I do not look hardly as heavy as I am. Most people guess I am 135 or 140-I’m solid muscle beneath my fat layer as I was a track star in high school. Well im on my 3rd , havent seen any results , got a lil hypher on the first two days , but still on my 180lbs , and now im in bed , with a lot of pain on my low back ( kidneys which ive never had before , im really concerned ) . I started using Phenphedrine yesterday (took one pill). Felt full faster with less food at dinner, went to the movies and did not crave any candy, popcorn, etc. (like i usually do). Felt some nausea at night but it went away in the morning. Today, I took a pill at breakfast and went to the gym. My workout felt a lot easier. Took a second pill at lunch and started feeling nauseous again, a little light headed also. I have no appetite and do not crave chocolate or sweets like i usually do around this time. Started at 177lbs…goal is 150lbs. Will post again with some results. i’m just hoping this nausea doesn’t last.

Hmm. I don’t know what to say so far. I havnt officially weighed myself since monday (when I started and its already thrusday) but I don’t feel any lighter or different. Ive read that people get bursts of energy on this and that your not hungry but so far all I have felt, especially after taking my second pill of the day, is really tired. I take my second pill around noon to about 330pm and by 7 or 8pm I just feel like knocking out. I am not sensitive to caffeine or anything. I also work out and even then I still feel the same. Maybe its just the first week, but we’ll see I have 3 weeks left for this month to see if it works. Wish me luck!
i took my first pills yesterday. took two pills and was very sick and tired. i’m not a very big person so i think the two pills a day is too strong for my body to handle. i plan to rest today then start again tomorrow but only take one pill to see how that goes. i suggest if you aren’t the average size, start yourself with one pill a day so you’re body will get used to the change first.
