I have been on Phenphedrine for 3 days now and I am -4lbs. I could tell this morning my clothes where fitting good. I sometimes feel a brief rush of anxiety at times but nothing major. OK. I received my pills on Friday. Shipping was super fast!! I one pill on Saturday and Sunday just because I didn’t know what to expect. I did not feel fidgety or restless which was a good thing. Honestly, it cut my appetite big time. Today I have bumped it up to two pills. (the bottle says not to go over 3 a day) I have not felt angry, annoyed or hostile. Which is a side afect that I’ve felt with other diet pills. And another great this is it hasn’t given me any “gross” side efects. (those who have tried “Ali” know what I’m talking about)

I have always had a bit of a belly, but I have never been excessively overweight and due to lack of exercise and because of my job that I have had for nearly 9 years, there is very little physical activity (I’m lucky to walk 100 meters in a 10 to 12 hour work day) and much of the eating out for lunch and/or dinner usually means brown-bagging or fast food places, I gained 40 plus pounds in 5 years. Yet, everyone who knows me, including my doctor, were surprised that I weighed 204 pounds, as I did not look it.
Before starting Phenphedrine, I would usually eat three meals a day, plus 2 to 3 moderately non-healthy snacks and desserts 2 to 4 times a week.
I tried various OTC / Mail Order diet aids (Stacker II – 0 pounds lost, 5 pounds gained; Miracle Burn – 7 pounds lost in two weeks, then nothing; Cylaris – 14 pounds in a month, then nothing; AcaBerry Diet – 5 pounds in a month, then nothing; LypoFuse – 5 pounds in a month, then 1 pound the next month (too slow vs. the cost) and finally HydroxyCut – 3 pounds in a month, then nothing).
Before starting a new plan, I stop using the previous one and wait 2 to 4 weeks. Of course, I would gain some weight and as of 2 JUL and at 5′ 10”, I weighed in at 184. I hope to get down to about 170 (still about 10 pounds over what I weighed in my 20′s and 30′s).
Unlike other diet pills that say take the pills (2 pills up to 30 minutes before each meal) with 8 oz of water, Phenphedrine (1 pill upon waking, 1 pill 30 minutes before lunch and if desired, same for dinner (would cut the 30 day supply down to 20 days). But, they say not to take it 7 hours before going to bed, requires 16 oz and that is on top of all the water I already drink!
I figure that I have cut my calorie and fat intake by 40 to 60% as the Phenphedrine causes me to skip breakfast completely, reduce my lunch size by two-thirds to three-quarters, reduced or eliminated snacking and trying to have more healthy desserts (if there really is such a thing). Dinner is my usual portion of whatever is being served.
Other than some hunger pangs (ignored, or a lite snack), I have not had any [b]noticeable[/b] side effects and I feel pretty good with a nice amount of energy too.
After only two days and although I have not weighed myself, I can already see and feel a difference.
After a full week, I lost a bit over 6 pounds (would have been more had I not had a mid-week binge and stopped for an early dinner at my favorite BBQ place, but I did good; only half slab of ribs, did not eat all the french fries and no coleslaw or dessert).
I have felt pretty mellow this past week and the caffeine in this pill keeps me going, but when I had my blood pressure checked, it has jumped 20 / 7 points!
So, while the pill does the job, if you have high blood pressure, think twice about taking this.
I am on day 3 now. I REFUSE to weight myself until the 18th. I just wanted to note on here that I haven’t really noticed any energy increase, just a heart increase. For about 30 minutes I felt like my heart was going to jump out of my chest. Eating a small bite helped that. But to the point of eating, I have only noticed a very small curb in my appetite. I am hoping things get better after they have been in my system for a little while. Oh and the heartburn was intense, it went all the way up to my throat! Going to try a few more days though! Being under 18 and using ANY diet aid should only be done under a doctor’s care. But, to lose the amount of weight you want in such a short time is not healthy for anyone. Also, the skin will not have a chance to shrink and it will hang loosely and may be even less appealing than being overweight.
I just recieved my pills this friday. I was so excited I started them immediately! Im 24 and had a baby girl january of 2010 and have had an extremely hard time shedding the baby fat. I was a 119 lbs when I got pregers I now weigh 143. My goal is to reach 125lbs. I bought this last week and used it for first time today at 10:40. I drank 3 cups of water with it and an hour later feel no jitters or anything. Just a strong desire to pee! Haha. It works. I have tried MANY diet pills and without a doubt this is the best one you can get without a prescription. I have been on prescrition diet pills in the past too and I really think this one is better. No racing heart, no dizzyness, as far as the extra energy, not really. But I do make myself work out and the cravings have stopped. I FORCE myself to eat 5 small meals a day to keep my metabolism up, but they are btwn 200-250 calories. You can’t expect to just take this and the weight just melt off. You have to work at it, but taking these have sure made it alot easier. It really helps you control your food intake. I think that this is a scam…I tried it in June and took it for the first three weeks and only lost 3 pounds, and that was from making myself not eat as much, because trust me, i wanted to. this pill did not help curb my appitite, and i sure didn’t get any jitters. Maybe it really does work for some people and just not for me. Or maybe its just a huge scam. I posted on this review page when I took it, and not to my suprise when i went back a few days later to look, my comment was no longer there. I have tried the 7-day detox along with Phenphedrine and proper diet and regular excersise. I run 4+ miles every other day. I found that I’m losing weight, but I can’t sleep at night because i feel anxious, and have too much energy. I am easily dehydrated as well. Besides these side effects i lost 12 pounds my first week.
I started taking these last week and I’m actually impressed so far. I do have some extra energy but not the nervous, feel like I’m having a heart/panic attack, I feel really good very clear. It HAS helped my appetite and as an odd side effect I didnt expect….I havent had a headache for a week! Hi, I just recently started taking this pill about a wk and a half ago, I weighed myself and I have so far lost 7 lbs. Considering I’ve also been dieting and doing cardio 4 times a wk for atleast 30 mins. I’m 5’2 and weighed in at 156 lbs before I started taking this pill. I plan on losing 40 lbs, I’m so short and I never noticed I was overweight till I saw me vaction pictures. I don’t have any of the side effects as of now but when I barely started the pill I had bad heartburn. Ive had these for a few months and never really took them becuase I knew diet and excercise Id lose waterweight first, so I have been doing weight watchers for 10 weeks. Ive lost 32lbs now on WW in 10 weeks, water weight is gone. Im trying these pills this week & will give everyone an honest review on if I lose more then normal while taking them, my average weight loss per week is around 2.6-3lbs so if I do my normal routine and lose more then that, then I guess they work. Alright guys, I told you I would post an honest review. After taking them for over a week. I lost 5lbs the week before I started taking them & I pulled a 5.4lb loss this week while I was on them. 2 5lb losses back to back is amazing & I do believe phenfedrine played a role in it. I’ve taken MANY nonpresription diet pill. They always feel like they’re doing nothing. I actually feel “stuff” with this pill. Even if it’s not doing the work it has motivated me to get back on track. You HAVE to eat low calorie/fat foods.. This pill is NOT magic.. you have to eat correctly along w/ it. Well it does not work for me. I got the three month supply with the detox. The detox made me feel icky and I never finished the bottle. The PHENPHEDRINE seemed to have no real effect. I hace been on it for a month and a half now. No energy or supressed appitite.Seems like more of a placebo than anything. Complete waste of money in my opinion.
